The Meridian area is located 2 kilometres northwest of Lloydminster, Alberta and falls within Township 49, Range 1 W4M. As at November 30, 2009, the Corporation held an average 94% working interest in approximately 1,558 gross (1,457 net) acres of land. The exploration, development and production interests in the Meridian area are primarily directed toward the Sparky and General Petroleum formations. The Corporation operates 100% of the production in the Meridian area.

The Corporation has identified 15 to 20 potential drilling locations in the Meridian area with plans to drill 2 to 4 wells in 2011 in this area.
