The Lloydminster area is located 4 kilometres northwest of Lloydminster, Alberta and falls within Township 50, Range 1 W4M. As at November 30, 2009, the Corporation held an average 77% working interest in approximately 1,238 gross (948 net) acres of land, all of which are developed. The exploration, development and production interests in the Lloydminster area are primarily directed toward the Sparky and General Petroleum formations. The Corporation operates 100% of the production in the Lloydminster area.

The Corporation has identified 30 to 35 potential drilling locations in the Lloydminster area with plans to drill 4 to 6 wells in 2011 in this area.
