The Coronation area is located 135 kilometres southwest of Lloydminster, Alberta and falls within Township 38, Ranges 8 to 10 W4M. As at November 30, 2009, the Corporation held an average 65% working interest in approximately 7,563 gross (4,928 net) acres of land. The exploration, development and production interests in the Coronation area are primarily directed toward the Glauconite formation. The producing formations are encountered at drill depths of approximately 900 to 1,000 metres. The Corporation operates 100% of the production in the Coronation area.

Viking light oil (36% API) similar to recent developments in the Halkirk area, exits within the Coronation area. Emerge will initiate horizontal, multi stage frac drilling in 2011 with 5 to 6 drills planned.

The Corporation has identified 20 to 40 potential drilling locations in the Coronation area with plans drill 5 to 10 wells in 2011 for this area.
